I didn’t really know what makes a sandwich a Cambodian sandwich until I got a sneak peek into Num Pang, which already has my mouth watering. Num Pang has far more than just delicious sandwiches. There are chapters on setting up your pantry, on the different proteins and vegetables used in the recipes, on side dishes, sandwiches (of course), and even drinks!
